Thought I would share these centerpiece designs that I delivered today at Herbie’s in the CWE.  These were designed for a gentleman who loves modern with a masculine flair.  Love these!

There were three of these.  One each for a long banquet style table. 

This went on the appetizer table.  I also provided more cymbidium orchids for the cake.  It is fun to do party work.  This client allowed me freedom to do something fabulous and I always deliver on that promise!

I have been tossing around the idea of teaching floral design classes once again.  It has been a while since I have done so, but now that I have the warehouse it is the perfect opportunity to teach once again.  I thought that I would just say this “Out Loud” and see if there is any interest out there and if so, what type of classes would you be interested in seeing me teach.  Thanks for your input!

The show is over, I met wonderful brides and spent the afternoon with some of my favorite vendor friends.  See some of the photos from today’s event below:

Here is a tray of sumptuous food from Designing Chefs.  Grape, blue cheese, pistachio balls.  They tasted so amazing.

This next vendor is fantastic, Colleen’s Cookies.  No matter what your occasion, they have a cookie for it.  Colleen’s Cookies are not only fabulous looking, but they taste sensational.  Colleen is insistant on giving you the freshest product possible, which is why her cookies are baked only a couple of days before your event.

If you love hydrangeas, consider this gorgeous centerpiece on your guest tables.  This design received lots of ooohs and ahhhs from all of those in attendance.  We make your reception not only gorgeous, but use glassware and floral material in unique ways to make sure that your wedding is unique as you are!

By now I am sure you all have seen this fabulous new magazine on the St. Louis scene.  It is R.S.V.P Perfect Magazine.  Petals Galore has the Premiere Issue Cover design.  So as one of the designers for the Ritz Carlton Table Top Event benefitting Children’s Hospital, we chose the cover as our inspirational design. 

Here we are the day prior to the event.  The piece is done at the moment.  All the gorgeous cymbidium orchids will be added once at the venue.   The table will then be complete with all sorts of linens, dishes, stemware, candles, fruit, and more floral designs.  The complete story and a video that we shot will be in the next issue of St. Louis Entertains (the name is changing to better reflect what the magazine is all about) as well as the eye candy web site where you will see me in the video describing the table.

Here is a close up of those orchids that will be added event day, Tuesday, April 21!  This is a truly amazing event and my third year participating.

We have just opened our newest location to better serve our clients.  Our new space located close to I-170 & Olive (west) will house a showroom, offices, and warehouse.  We are in a light industrial area to be able to accomodate everything.   Furniture arrived today and things are coming together.
